Health & Safety Policy

Instro Technical Services is committed to provide a safe workplace to ensure that employees, subcontractors and visitors are not harmed as a result of working with our organisation.

Our goals include achieving a strong safety culture in which our managers and supervisors lead a positive example and all employees demonstrate total commitment to safety in their everyday work. By working together to implement this policy and continuously improve our culture, systems and processes, we will strive to maintain a zero-accident policy and eliminate all risks to the health, safety and wellbeing of our people.

To achieve our goals, Instro Technical Services shall:
  • Provide and maintain effective safe work system to ensure all employees are not exposed to hazards
  • Implement effective Risk Management processes as a normal part of the way we perform our work
  • Provide adequate information, instruction, training and supervision as required for employees to perform their work in a safe manner
  • Ensure all machinery, tools, equipment and substances are maintained in a safe condition and are used safely
  • Ensure that all subcontractors embrace the same standards and requirements towards our Safety Policy as our personnel
  • To monitor and record the commitment and compliance of all personnel with the Safety Policy and to reward safe working behaviours.
  • Creating and maintaining a safe working environment ultimately depends on the actions of every individual.
  • All individuals have the responsibility to identify, eliminate and manage risks associated with their workplace

Instro Technical Services shall be responsible for the implementation of the Safety policy and to ensure that all personnel understand and partake in the management of Health and Safety.
